This policy states what information we collect, why we collect it, and with whom it is shared, for each way you might use these sites. If anything is unclear, contact us at the address in section 12 and we will answer.
This one policy covers everyone who uses these sites:
What we collect: your name, your telephone number, your email address if you provide one, the job address or city, a description of the work required, and any photographs you choose to upload.
Why: to deliver that request to the company you selected. That is the sole purpose of the form.
Who sees it: the company you sent it to, and us, as the operator of the software that company uses.
We do not sell this information, we do not use it to advertise to you, and we do not add you to any marketing list. Photographs are stored in Cloudflare R2 and are visible to the company you sent them to, so please do not upload anything you are unwilling for that company to see.
How long your photographs are kept: they are deleted automatically 90 days after the job is completed or closed. Location data is removed from every photograph before it is stored, so an image of your house never carries its coordinates. The company retains the written record of the job, as any business would, but the photographs of your property do not remain on our servers indefinitely.
Your account: your name, business name, email address, telephone number, and city.
Your business records: your customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, photographs, hours, and expenses. These are your records. We host them for you, we do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.
Payment: processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
Job photographs expire: 90 days after a job is completed or marked lost, the photographs on it are deleted automatically. Every other record on that job is retained exactly as it was: the customer, the description, the price, the estimate, the invoice, and your crew's written notes. Only the images are removed. Retaining photographs of a customer's property for years would carry risk on your behalf while earning you nothing, so we do not retain them.
We access your account data only to support you. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days in case you resubscribe, and then delete it.
Where the listing comes from: public sources only. These are Overture Maps open business data, state contractor licensing boards in the states that publish a register, and the contact details businesses publish on their own websites.
What we hold: business name, city and county, telephone number, website or Facebook page, map coordinates, a license number only where the state issues one, and a published business email address where one was found.
This is business contact information, and it is the same information the business publishes about itself.
To correct or remove a listing: use "Remove my business" on the home page, or email us. We correct listings on request and we remove them on request. No reason is required.
We write once to trade businesses in our directory about our software.
To stop hearing from us: click Unsubscribe, or reply and say so. In either case your address is added to our do-not-contact list.
The do-not-contact list is the one record we retain permanently, because it is the only means of keeping the commitment not to write to you again.
We operate a first-party analytics beacon of our own that records the page viewed, the referring site, the country, and the device type. There are no third-party advertising trackers, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site profiles anywhere on these sites.
When you click through to a listed company, we count the click, so that we can tell that company how many homeowners we referred to them. Cloudflare serves the traffic and keeps standard security logs.
No one else receives personal information from us. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not license our data to list brokers or lead resellers.
The application includes assistant features: converting a spoken note into invoice lines, drafting a reply to customer feedback, reading job photographs to suggest a price range, answering plain-English questions about your own figures, pre-filling a safety form, and identifying dormant customers worth contacting.
These features run only when a signed-in user requests one. When they run, the relevant details are sent to Anthropic to produce the answer: for example, the job and the customer's name for a drafted reply, the job photographs for a price suggestion, or your own figures for a question about your numbers. Nothing is sent in the background, nothing is sent on a schedule, and Anthropic's API terms do not permit your data to be used to train its models.
Demo sandboxes never reach Anthropic at all: every assistant answer in a demo is a prepared one. If you prefer that the assistant features not be available on your account, tell us and we will disable them.

Depending on your state, some of these are legal rights. We extend all of them to everyone who asks, in every state, without charge, and without any adverse effect on your service. Email us and we will act within 45 days.
These sites are intended for homeowners and businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The service uses no stored passwords; sign-in is by emailed link or short-lived code. Each business's data is isolated to that business on every query. Further detail is on our security page.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and we email subscribers in advance of any material change.
